We're always in process of updating the links for registering your URL's with search engines. Many have been updated, but there may be a few dead links left. In registering your URLs you'll discover that some "major" search engines are now trying to get web developers to pay them for listing, and are altering results to cater to their own revenue interests. There are good new search engines popping up all the time, though, so don't let the big names try to extort blood money out of you. We recommend using the newer "lesser known" search sites listed, especially if you're trying to reach an intelligent audience. Any college or grad school (*.edu) programmers working on new internet resource search and data base tools or sites of your own - we invite you to inform us about your current projects. |
